The Study of ARC Media

As Samford continues its complete transition to the new learning management system, Canvas, Arc is becoming a more widely used tool that is built into Canvas. Arc is a great way to capture lectures, engage and collaborate between faculty and students. There are several ways to upload and manage content for faculty. Since there are several ways to use Arc in Canvas, training would be helpful for any faculty member who is looking to incorporate Arc into their online course. This study will address the following: What are the participant's attitudes toward training in the use of the ARC media system provided in face-to-face and online methods of delivery? What is the quality of the completed projects using the ARC media system? The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of online vs face-to-face training for faculty using the ARC media system.
